WORKSHOPS OF MAKING CUT-OUTS

Paper cut – outs are one of the forms of decoration strictly linked to polish folk culture. In the Lublin Village Museum, interior exhibitions are frequently decorated with such the forms of cut – outs like curtains, which can be seen in the Huts from Żukowo or from Żabno. You will be able to make such a nice thing  during April workshops in the our art studio. It will not only be a perfect souvenir from the Lublin Open Air Village Museum, but it can also be a beautiful decoration for a kitchen window or a home cupboard.

The workshops are open for adults and secondary school students. We provide materials and tools. The works created during the workshops will be the property of the authors.

Workshop dates to choose:

Tuesdays: 18th of April and 25

Thursdays: 20th of April and 27

Sundays: 23th of April and 30

 

Duration: 10.30 – 12.00
